Job summary

IMMI in Macon, GA is seeking a Senior Team Resources & Recruiter who will manage full-cycle recruitment and support HR functions across the organization. The role partners with leadership to attract top talent, ensure policy compliance, and uphold company values in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle onboarding, employee relations guidance, performance processes, reporting, and HRIS maintenance while driving recruitment metrics and improving candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a combined HR generalist and recruiting role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and full-cycle recruiting.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing or multi-site workforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, and professional roles.
• Develop job postings, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build proactive recruiting strategies, and keep up with compensation trends.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive new hire experience.
• Support employee relations by providing guidance on policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports as needed.
