  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Support employee relations by providing guidance on policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist with administering performance reviews, corrective actions, and policy updates.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies at all locations.
  • Support HR initiatives such as engagement programs, internal communications, and retention strategies.
  • Take ownership of metrics related to recruitment and KPIs related to TR.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate reports as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to recruiting, employee files, and TR communications.

Job Summary:

The Senior Team Resources Generalist & Recruiter is responsible for managing full‑cycle recruitment while also supporting key human resources functions including employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and policy administration.
