Mountain State Oral & Facial Surgery is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to provide HR expertise across daily operations, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and benefits administration. The role involves payroll support, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, FMLA, EEO, and ADA.

The successful candidate will serve as a liaison for employees, mentor staff, and help drive the employee life cycle experience in a fast-paced dental practice setting.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in HR, Business, or closely-related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 5 years of HR experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Act as employee liaison for the HR department and related matters.
• Support performance management, coaching, and disciplinary processes.
• Handle applicant screening, interviews, and postings.
• Coordinate benefits administration and compliance with laws.
• Assist payroll and data analysis related to market trends.
