Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5 years HR experience or equivalent.
• Recruiting experience essential.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as employee liaison for HR matters and policy enforcement.
• Support performance management and termination processes.
• Handle payroll, recruiting, and HR data analysis.
• Provide training, coaching, and development.
• Analyze turnover and compensation trends.
• Participate in job fairs and community partnerships.
• Ensure HIPAA, FMLA, EEO, and ADA compliance.
