Provides customer service support to patients

• Scheduling appointments
• Conducts patients check in/ check out
• Scans/ files
• Collects patient payments
• Maintains clean and professional working environment, including the waiting room
• Answers patient phone calls
• Confirms appointments
• Assists with charting
• Confirms patient insurance
• Maintains strict confidentiality
• Ensures exceptional customer experience
• Any duties required to maintain patient flow and any other extra duties as assigned
