Confidential, a growing dental group with practices across several southeastern states, seeks a senior HR generalist to run day-to-day HR across all sites. The role is hybrid, primarily on-site at the Charlotte-area home office with occasional travel.

You will become the trusted HR partner for practice leaders, owning employee relations, investigations, and corrective action from start to finish, while ensuring compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive HR generalist experience
• Decentralized, multi-site organization experience
• Multi-state compliance knowledge
• Healthcare or multi-unit experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted HR partner for practice leaders across multiple states
• Own employee relations investigations and corrective actions end-to-end
• Maintain compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws
• Manage benefits, leaves, and workers' comp for multiple sites
• Identify gaps in HR processes and implement improvements

• Become the trusted HR partner for practice leaders across multiple states
• Own employee relations, investigations, and corrective action from start to finish
• Keep us compliant with federal and multi-state employment laws
• Manage benefits, leaves, and workers' comp so our practices can focus on patients
• Find the gaps in our HR processes and fix them

You bring:

• 8+ years of progressive HR generalist experience is required
• A track record supporting a decentralized, multi-site organization
• Multi-state compliance knowledge
• Healthcare or multi-unit experience is preferred

Details:
