mTrade in Oxford, MS is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy enforcement.

Reporting to the COO, you will serve as HR contact for employees and managers, oversee onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data, performance processes, and partnerships with external providers. This role ensures smooth daily HR operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience across multiple HR functions.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as HR contact for employees and managers, handling routine tasks and complex people-related issues.
• Provide guidance to Accounting and HR Administrator on HR matters.
• Participate in hiring processes, including postings, screenings, interviews, and offers via HRIS.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
• Participate in benefits administration and documentation.
• Collaborate with external service providers.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
• Support performance management via annual employee performance reviews.
• Handle employee relations and workplace concerns.
