Responsibilities

• Act as the primary resource for managers and employees, develop reports and analyses, and recommend actions to HR and stakeholders.
• Provide proactive resolution of employee concerns and support future problem prevention.
• Develop and deliver written communications and presentations to communicate HR concepts, and conduct training.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies, including full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles.
• Coach employees and managers on goals and objectives, support performance management processes, and may lead calibrations.
• Partner with managers and the Compensation team to ensure total compensation remains competitive and to resolve compensation and benefits issues quickly.
• Develop and document continuous improvement opportunities for HR processes, procedures, or programs.
• Support centralized processes such as FMLA/LOA and Workers' Compensation, providing feedback and solution approaches.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state HR regulations.
• Mentor other HR Generalists and lead HR projects of varying size and scope across locations.
