Job summary

Penn Color is seeking an onsite HR Generalist to deliver day-to-day human resources support across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities include guiding managers on employee relations, performance expectations, investigations, recruiting support, onboarding, and maintaining compliant HR programs. You will maintain accurate records in the HRIS, support training and development, and partner with leaders to foster a positive, compliant workplace in Hatfield, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification required.
• 5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proven experience handling employee relations and performance matters.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, and HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR matters.
• Coach managers on employee relations, performance expectations, corrective action, attendance, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct workplace investigations and recommend consistent resolutions.
• Support recruiting activities, including candidate screening and interview participation.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and maintain a positive employee experience.
• Administer HR policies, programs, and procedures in compliance with laws.
• Support performance management, talent reviews, and employee development.
• Partner with leaders to identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and process employment changes.
