Job summary

Emerson Personnel Group Inc. in Telford, PA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with manufacturing experience to support a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, HRIS management, and lifecycle activities.

This onsite role balances strategic initiatives with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. Salary up to $90,000 with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, leave management, and HR compliance.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or operational environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, posting positions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and offering processes.
• Administer employee benefit programs and serve as a resource on benefits plans, enrollment, and claims.
• Manage employee leave programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, and other leaves.
• Maintain HRIS data, assist with payroll processing and compliance activities, and ensure labor law postings are updated.
• Participate in special HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
