Job summary

S&D Coffee in Conway, AR seeks a Sr. HR Generalist/HR Generalist to provide professional HR support across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and data analytics.

You will partner with management to drive engagement, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and guide policy changes. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years HR experience are required; HR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, HR or related field and 3+ years HR experience.
• Experience in corporate and manufacturing environments preferred.
• HR certification a plus.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through delivery.
• Firm understanding of employment laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Enterprise eTime is a plus.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong initiative with proactive issue anticipation.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to select top talent.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning the talent acquisition process.
• Maintain communication with applicants and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Ensure positions are filled in a timely manner.
• Provide HR support across various sites/locations.
• Advise on interpretation and enforcement of HR policies and laws.
• Investigate employee complaints and issues.
• Assist in policy changes for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate onboarding and relocation services.
• Coordinate HR social media and employee communications.
• Manage employee recognition programs and engagement events.
• Coordinate unemployment claims and HR projects.
• Analyze data related to hiring, turnover, and satisfaction.
• May facilitate employee training.
