Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company in Conway, AR is seeking a Senior Human Resource Generalist to provide professional-level HR support across talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, performance management and data analytics. This role partners with management and employees to drive HR initiatives.

You will manage recruitment lifecycle, ensure compliance with employment laws, support employee recognition, and lead HR projects across manufacturing and corporate sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, psychology or related field.
• HR certification is a plus.
• Experience in corporate and manufacturing HR environments preferred.
• Strong ability to manage projects from initiation through delivery.
• Proven knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and present candidates to hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to select top talent.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations for talent acquisition.
• Coordinate onboarding and new employee orientation.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Lead HR projects and analyze data related to hiring and turnover.
