Job summary

Westrock Coffee in Conway, AR seeks a Senior Human Resource Generalist to provide strategic HR support across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Onboarding. You will partner with management to execute HR initiatives, ensure policy compliance, and drive employee engagement.

Responsibilities include onboarding, relocation coordination, performance management facilitation, and HR data analytics. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years HR experience are required, with strong communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related field and 3+ years HR experience.
Human Resources experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments preferred.
Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through delivery.
Firm understanding of employment laws.
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Enterprise eTime is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communications; attention to detail and urgency.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: source, screen, and present candidates; partner with managers to hire top talent.
Employee Relations: provide HR guidance on policies, compliance, and issue resolution; investigate complaints.
Employee Engagement & Onboarding: coordinate onboarding, relocation, engagement initiatives, and performance management.
Other Functions: manage unemployment claims; support HR projects and data analytics.
