Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM or related field.
• 5+ years in a senior HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour law.
• Experience in talent management, performance management and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes and grievances.
• Lead recruitment for key positions and manage candidate pipelines.
• Partner with management to implement performance management systems and drive development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and HR policies.
• Develop and execute HR projects supporting business objectives (org design, change management).
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights to senior leadership.
