Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 1–3 years of HR administrative or support experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with recruitment including posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Provide administrative support for HR meetings and training sessions.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
