Qualifications

• Strong academic record and genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects.
• Help organize and coordinate training and development activities.
• Gain exposure to HR policies and procedures and assist with their communication.
