Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote HR Specialist to support our national client base in a fully remote capacity. You will deliver comprehensive HR services, focusing on employee relations, policy implementation, and staff support across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years as HR Generalist or HR Specialist, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong knowledge of HRIS and remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of HR Generalist or HR Specialist experience, with remote work background.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual rapport.
• Proficiency in HRIS and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations to employees and managers remotely.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization.
• Support recruitment and onboarding for remote hires.
• Assist in administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Manage HR documentation and maintain employee data in the HRIS.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
