About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance and support on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes and grievances.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
