About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Remote HR Manager to lead their human resources functions from anywhere in South Africa . This pivotal role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, and ensuring a compliant and engaging work environment. As a remote-first position, you will leverage technology to connect with employees, foster a strong company culture, and drive HR excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies encompassing talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and employee engagement.
• Oversee and manage all employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions remotely.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with South African labor laws.
• Lead the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
• Manage HR budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation for HR programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
