Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources, focused on policy development and compliance.
• Extensive knowledge of South African labor law, including BCEA, LRA, EEA.
• Proven ability to research, draft, and implement HR policies.
• Experience in conducting compliance audits and investigations.
• Degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.

Responsibilities
