Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to shape HR strategies and support leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will administer policies balancing employee advocacy and business needs, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, and providing HR support across recruitment, retention, coaching and leadership development.

You will partner with leaders to improve decisions and organizational effectiveness, handle complex employee relations issues, and maintain accurate HRIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR issues and employment law.
• Develop programs and initiatives to meet team needs.
• Coordinate solutions with senior HR teammates and implement long-term plans.
• Perform advanced employee relations including counseling, dispute resolution, performance issues, and exit interviews.
• Conduct complex investigations, workers' comp reporting and safety processes.
• Administer leave programs, transitional work and accommodations, and benefits open enrollment.
