Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to shape HR strategies, administer policies, and support leaders in a fast-paced environment. You will blend employee advocacy with business needs, ensuring compliance with employment laws and delivering broad HR support across recruitment, retention, performance coaching, and leadership development.

Coordinate solutions with senior HR teammates and implement plans for long-term HR needs.
Conduct complex employee investigations and exit interviews.
