Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to partner with leaders, administer policies, and balance employee advocacy with business needs. You’ll ensure compliance with state and federal laws and provide HR support across recruitment, retention, performance coaching, and leadership development.

You’ll work with VPs and managers to enhance decisions and organizational effectiveness, manage complex employee relations, investigations, safety, and payroll data accuracy while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR issues and employment law.
• Develop programs and initiatives to meet your team’s needs.
• Coordinate solutions with senior HR teammates and implement plans to address long‑term HR needs and trends.
• Perform advanced employee relations functions including counseling, dispute resolution and investigations.
• Coordinate administration of leave programs, benefits open enrollment and trainings.
• Ensure timely and accurate HRIS and payroll entries and maintain records.
• Demonstrated project management skills and analytical abilities.
