Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and wage/hour regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR issues and employment law.
• Develop programs and initiatives to meet the team’s needs.
• Coordinate solutions with senior HR teammates and implement plans for long‑term HR needs and trends.
• Handle complex employee relations, performance issues and investigations.
• Manage leave of absence programs, accommodations, and benefits open enrollment.
• Ensure accurate HRIS and payroll data, and maintain employee records.
• Demonstrate project management, analytical skills and business acumen.
