Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR policies and programs. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and performance management, coordinating with leadership to implement short- and long-term strategies.

You’ll manage employee interactions with urgency and accuracy, ensuring fair policy administration and legal compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or organizational behavior or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of human resources experience
• Certifications for HR professionals (PHR, SPHR) preferred
• Master’s Degree preferred
• 2+ years in a management or leadership role

Responsibilities

• Partner with client groups to understand business challenges and provide HR support
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers
• Analyze trends in HRIS data to drive organizational effectiveness
• Collaborate with COEs to deliver HR programs and services
• Manage employee relations issues including investigations and leave administration
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment laws
