Kedrion Biopharma Inc. is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support multiple locations by providing expert guidance across employee relations, performance management, compliance, compensation, benefits, training, and workplace investigations.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys a strategic partnership with hands-on problem-solving and data-driven insights. This position requires travel up to 50%, including overnight trips, and offers opportunities to influence people strategies

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders across multiple locations and states.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, employment practices, and compliance.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel reporting, charts, and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• aPHR, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to work in an environment with potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and operational leaders to support key HR programs and initiatives.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, retention, leadership development, and workplace concerns.
• Coach leaders on performance conversations, employee development, and HR best practices.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate corrective actions when needed.
• Resolve employee concerns, complaints, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Support the administration and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Deliver training on interviewing, lawful hiring, performance management, internal promotions, workplace conduct, and harassment prevention.
• Provide guidance on employment law, compliance requirements, and HR-related risk management.
