Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience managing employee relations matters and investigations.
• Experience partnering with managers on performance management and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and People Team policies.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Coach managers on engagement, development, and leadership practices.
• Support workforce planning, organizational change initiatives, and restructures.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and People Operations.
• Support talent management activities including performance reviews and succession planning.
• Review workforce data to identify trends and inform People Team decisions.
• Develop and communicate People Team programs and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Participate in strategic projects during Trinzic’s growth as a standalone company.
