Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• SPHR Certification and/or MA/MS preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of broad-based Human Resources experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry required.
• Experience supporting a commercial team.
• Knowledge of SOX regulations affecting HR programs.
• Strong business acumen and ability to diagnose and co-develop solutions.

• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into workforce and organizational strategies.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development across client groups.
• Drive employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and engagement initiatives.

• Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws and company policies, including SOX and FDA.
