Job summary

Cytel is expanding its HR Business Partner team to support senior executives across globally-dispersed business units. You will shape and implement people strategies, collaborate with COE partners, and drive organizational changes to fuel growth while maintaining compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in HR with proven senior-level partnering experience in global settings; pharma/CRO experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years of experience as an HR generalist or in a combination of generalist and specialist roles.
• Proven success partnering with senior executive management in global, mid-to-large, high-growth environments.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Experience with CRO/pharma or similar industries preferred.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Business Partner to one or more business units, aligning people strategy with business goals.
• Lead and deliver people strategy programs with COE partners across HR.
• Coach and partner with senior leaders; influence across leadership and staff levels.
• Coordinate matrix HR resources (ER, TA, compensation, payroll, HR ops, legal).
• Lead change management for global HR programs, reorganizations, M&A to minimize disruption.
• Utilize HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
