Qualifications

• Progressive HR leadership experience with broad generalist and business-partner responsibility.
• Demonstrated global HR experience, including direct collaboration with international leadership and teams.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry, ideally medical devices, diagnostics, biotechnology or life sciences.
• Strong judgment, credibility with senior leaders and the proven ability to see big picture, while handling day-to-day HR responsibilities.
• A collaborative, practical approach and experience supporting growth and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, coaching managers and strengthening team performance.
• Guide organizational development, talent planning and recruiting as the business grows.
• Collaborate around and improve HR processes while ensuring U.S. employment compliance.
