Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws.
- Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
- Experience with HRIS configuration and development.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and investigations.
- Oversee performance management and compensation administration.
- Administer benefits and leave programs.
- Develop HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws.
