The role seats at the analytical core of People, empowering leaders with data-driven decisions and scalable programs across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in analytics or HR roles, strong Excel and SQL skills, and experience with Power BI

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Generalist, People Analytics, HR/Compensation, or related analytical role with real ownership of data, metrics, or systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end People analytics: metrics, reporting, headcount, hiring, turnover, performance.
• Benchmarks and model compensation costs; test bands against market data.
• Own HRIS configuration, data hygiene, access, and integrations.
• Lead performance review process design, cycles, and reporting.
• Oversee offboarding data and retention insights.
