Job summary

Belvedere Trading, LLC in Chicago seeks a People Operations Generalist to own analytics and HRIS, shaping programs across compensation, performance reviews and onboarding. You will analyze data across the employee lifecycle, enabling leaders to act on insights while partnering with a small team to scale People operations.

The role emphasizes data integrity, metric definition, and building scalable processes with Power BI, Excel, and SQL capabilities.

Qualifications

3+ years in a Generalist, People Analytics, HR/Compensation, or related analytical role with ownership of data, metrics, or systems.
Bachelor's degree required, equivalent experience considered.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to build/audit complex models.

Responsibilities

Own People analytics end to end from metric definition to reporting.
Supply data behind workforce questions and translate into actionable recommendations.
Own HRIS configuration, access, integrations, and data hygiene.
Lead compensation market intelligence and benchmarking against market movement.
Manage performance review programs and offboarding data analysis.
Coordinate onboarding, benefits, and day‑to‑day employee questions.
