Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago is seeking a Senior Manager, People Partnering to serve as strategic advisor to global corporate functions, leading HR initiatives and aligning people plans with business strategy.

You will shape talent strategy, drive workforce planning, and partner with senior leaders on compensation, development, and culture, while leveraging data and cross-functional collaboration to improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a global HR role.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
• Strong experience in talent management, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
• Expertise in handling complex employee relations, compensation frameworks, and organizational development initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership and influence skills, with the ability to guide and coach senior leaders.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience leading change management initiatives at a global scale.
• HR Certification desired (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
