Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an HR practitioner.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must handle highly confidential information.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• HRIS experience; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day HR activities for client groups across locations.
• Support HR Manager with performance reviews, salary planning, and talent development.
• Assist with compensation programs, data management and reporting.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
