Job summary

Offchain Labs is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to oversee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance across a remote-first workforce. You will partner with managers to attract, develop, and retain top talent in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.

You’ll guide policy updates, lead diversity programs, manage HRIS data, and generate metrics to inform leadership decisions. The role offers a global, remote-friendly setup with an NY office for in-person

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
5+ years HR generalist experience.
SHRM/CHRP/HRCI certification is a plus.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency with HRIS software and office suites.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the HR point of contact for employees and managers.
Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Support performance review processes and ensure consistency.
Guide managers in setting performance goals and addressing issues.
Assist in developing employee development and improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Maintain and update HR policies and handbook.
Produce HR metrics and reports for decision-making.
Lead or participate in HR projects, including diversity initiatives.
Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for assigned departments.
