Offchain Labs is hiring a Senior HR Generalist for a remote, full-time role. You will manage onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance while shaping our culture and talent strategy.

You will serve as a trusted partner to managers, drive consistent performance processes, and administer HR records with strict confidentiality across a global remote workforce.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience.
• SHRM/CHRP or HRCI certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a point of contact for employees and HR escalations.
• Promote an inclusive workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Support performance review processes and goal setting.
• Guide managers on performance issues and development plans.
• Maintain HR records, policies, and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Generate HR metrics and support decision-making.
• Lead HR projects including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
