Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Phoenix, AZ branch. The role supports the HR team with unemployment claims, benefits, leave administration, recruitment, and compliance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle payroll- and HR-related documentation, assist in policy implementation, and help with daily office operations to keep the team efficient and compliant. We offer comprehensive benefits and a stable work schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of HR experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unemployment claims processing.
• Manage guard card administration.
• Maintain OSHA log entries.
• Support workers' compensation processes and benefits administration.
• Assist with union matters and employment verifications.
• Support leaves of absence and recruitment activities.
• Perform other HR tasks as needed.

HR Generalist

Location:Phoenix, AZ (100% in Branch Office)

Days & Hours:Monday – Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay:$24.00/hour

We have aGREAT OPPORTUNITYfor anHR Generalistto help support our Phoenix, AZ branch office. This position is responsible for assisting the HR team with various tasks such as unemployment claims, guard card management, OSHA log management, workers comp, benefits, unions, employment verifications, leave of absences, recruitment support and other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have at least 1 year of HR experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail orientated and good organizational skills.
