Job summary

The Arizona Lottery seeks an HR Analyst Intermediate to perform professional HR work in classification, compensation, recruitment, policy compliance, and process improvements. The role conducts audits, manages full-cycle talent acquisition, and uses AZ360 for data reviews and metrics.

Remote work within Arizona may be available based on performance. Responsibilities include updating SOPs, ensuring agency-wide compliance with state rules, and supporting HR operations across divisions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and federal HR rules and policies.
• Experience with HR data analytics and open enrollment.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate job classification and compensation requests; conduct audits and draft descriptions.
• Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and coordinate interviews and verifications.
• Support benefits, open enrollment, and HR policy communications.
• Partner with HR Manager to improve procedures and ensure compliance.
