Job summary

Ivyhill Technologies LLC is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to support a 200+ employee organization with onboarding, training, policy development and broad HR expertise. The role partners with Corporate Management to ensure consistent application of employment policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and working knowledge of CostPoint. Experience in government contracting is preferred and PHR/SPHR is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven experience as a Sr. HR Generalist.
• Experience in government contracting environment preferred.
• PHR or SPHR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning for long-term human resource needs and trends.
• Assist with the implementation and administration of employee programs and policies.
• Assist with employee-related issues.
• Coordinate the administration of Leave of Absence programs and processes.
• Compile data from personnel records and prepare reports as directed.
• Work closely with Corporate Management and assist with department projects.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes upon request.
• Coordinate with payroll all applicable payroll changes such as hires, terminations, benefits premiums adjustments, etc.
• Assist employees with personnel information and interpretation of policies and procedures.
• Monitor new employees benefit enrollments and inputting enrollment data.
• Monitor employee required company trainings.
• Manage Educational/Training Assistance Program.
• Manage HR email and mailbox to ensure timely responses to employee requests for information.
• Inputting and verifying information entered into CostPoint and ADP.
• Inputting and maintaining employee data in Fidelity.
