Qualifications

• Knowledge of current employment laws and company policies.
• Experience in evaluating and editing disciplinary actions.
• Ability to design and deliver HR trainings and programs.

Responsibilities

• Investigates potential policy violations and advises management on remediation opportunities.
• Develops and conducts management meetings, specialized presentations and training.
• Prepares and issues disciplinary actions and supports policy-making committees.
