Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles seeks a Senior Manager, Human Resources - HRBP to support customer service, manufacturing, and operations groups while serving as the HR lead for the Allen, Texas office. This role partners with Texas-based leaders and Global People teams to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, global environment.

The successful candidate will be the primary onsite HR partner for the Allen office, supporting

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP with senior leaders.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Expertise in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and talent planning.
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) to improve productivity and training resources.
• Ability to influence decisions using data and business insights.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate independently and navigate ambiguity across multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of California employment law; global experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic HRBP partnering closely with team leaders.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, streamline administrative processes, and enhance HR service delivery.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
• Coach leaders through growth, organizational change, performance management, and complex employee matters.
• Use workforce data and insights to influence business and talent decisions.
• Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, performance concerns, and terminations.
• Act as the HR site lead for the Allen, Texas office, supporting executives and employees across multiple functions.
• Partner on onboarding, candidate experience, office planning, and site culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Total Rewards, People Operations, and other People team partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support globally distributed teams while balancing the needs of multiple client groups.
• HR Projects and additional client support when overflow needs arises needed more HR resources.
