Job summary

TrueAccord, a TrueML subsidiary, seeks an experienced Sr. HR Generalist to be the operational heartbeat of our People Team in Lenexa, KS.

You will blend day-to-day HR operations with strategic workforce planning to shape an exceptional employee experience. You will guide employees through onboarding, engagement, coaching, and leave administration, ensure compliance with FLSA, ADA, FMLA and HIPAA, and partner with payroll to maintain accurate W-2 and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong foundation in employment law (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA).
• Experience conducting HR audits and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive workforce strategy with People leadership.
• Manage employee relations matters and investigations.
• Leave administration SME with payroll coordination and compliance.
• Maintain HR operations and audits per applicable laws (FLSA).
• Collaborate with payroll for regulatory reporting and W-2 preparation.
• Champion workplace culture and lead engagement initiatives.
• Streamline HR processes using technology and data.
