TrueAccord, a TrueML subsidiary, seeks an experienced Sr. HR Generalist to be the operational heartbeat of our People Team in Lenexa, KS.
You will blend day-to-day HR operations with strategic workforce planning to shape an exceptional employee experience. You will guide employees through onboarding, engagement, coaching, and leave administration, ensure compliance with FLSA, ADA, FMLA and HIPAA, and partner with payroll to maintain accurate W-2 and regulatory reporting.

As a Sr.HR Generalist, you will be the operational heartbeat of our People Team. Reporting directly to the Sr.Manager, HRBP, you will blend day-to-day tactical execution with strategic workforce planning to shape an exceptional employee experience. In this dynamic role, you will guide employees through every stage of their careerjourney—from onboarding and engagement to manager coaching and leave administration. You will serve as anaccessible cultural anchor for our team, ensuring our HR operations are seamless, compliant, and aligned with ourbroader mission.
What You'll Do:$75,000 - $100,000 a year
For U.S.-based hires, the overall base salary framework for this role currently spans $75,000 to $100,000. The applicable base salary range for any individual hire depends on the geographic labor market associated with the employee’s primary work location, along with other factors such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
