Job summary

Fullsight, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to provide experienced administrative, coordination, and operational support to the HR Business Partner team across the full employee lifecycle. This role ensures HR processes are executed accurately, consistently, and on time by coordinating lifecycle activities and maintaining HR documentation.

You will partner with HR specialists across Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and Learning to deliver a seamless employee experience, support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including lifecycle administration and program coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate recurring HR processes and annual programs, including performance management and workforce planning.
• Maintain HR documentation, intranet resources, and job description library.
• Prepare routine reports, trackers, and presentation materials for HR leadership.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, and Learning teams.
