Job summary

Acceldata in Campbell, CA is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage People Operations across North America and EMEA. You will own onboarding, offboarding, HRIS maintenance, benefits administration, and data reporting, supporting a high-growth startup environment.

Collaborating with Payroll, IT, and Finance, you’ll drive process improvements, immigration support, and AI-enabled workflows while ensuring compliance with U.S. and California employment laws.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
• Deep expertise in U.S. employment law, including California requirements.
• Experience administering benefits, compensation, immigration, onboarding, and offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
• Execute day-to-day People Operations processes across NA and EMEA.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding programs and HRIS maintenance.
• Create HR dashboards and reports on headcount, turnover, and engagement.
• Partner with Payroll, IT, Finance, and other G&A teams.
