Job summary

Bucks County Electric Works is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations and execute programs across the employee lifecycle. You will advise leaders on HR strategy, support payroll accuracy, onboarding, benefits, and policy compliance in a dynamic environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, data-driven decision making, and ability to coach managers at all levels. Relocation is not offered; hybrid or onsite options may apply.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 5+ years HR experience.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, benefits coordination and employee relations.
• Familiarity with OFCCP/AAP/EEOC compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate core values and build trust across teams.
• Advise on HR strategies supporting culture and business needs.
• Support weekly payroll processing and payroll analytics.
• Oversee onboarding, new hire communications, and exits.
• Coordinate benefits open enrollment and employee messaging.
• Manage recruiting postings across locations and HR records.
• Stay current with federal/state laws and HR policy changes.
• Ensure posters and forms are up to date; assist managers with HR issues.
• Partner with external HR consultants as needed; drive HR programs.
