Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required for consideration.
• 3–5 years HR generalist or related experience required.
• 3–5 years HRIS experience required; knowledge of payroll systems.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification required within 12 months.
• CPP certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls with accuracy.
• Administer benefits enrollment and eligibility verification.
• Maintain HRIS records, data integrity, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour laws and audits.
• Prepare reports for management and annual audits (IRS/403b).
• Provide employee guidance on payroll matters and system upgrades.
