Ideal candidates have 7+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, a Bachelor's degree, PHR/SPHR, and strong employment-law knowledge to drive exemplary employee relations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience in production/manufacturing.
• PHR or SPHR certified.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted business partner and coach for leadership at all levels.
• Oversee staffing for full-time and temporary resources; conduct org designs as needed.
• Lead annual performance management and merit increase processes; job evaluations.
• Lead HR process improvements and policies across onboarding, staffing, attendance, etc.
• Be a constant employee advocate and maintain open two-way communication with client groups.
