Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Conyers, GA is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead a regional HR team supporting three manufacturing plants and ~1,200 employees. You will drive the HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with ethical standards.

You will partner with leaders to hire key roles, manage talent, and implement programs across the organization while maintaining a high-performing culture and adherence to applicable laws and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ year experience leading an HR team/Center of Excellence.
• 10+ years of HR experience.
• 2+ years working with HRISs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR team to deliver business objectives across multiple plants.
• Provide consultation to the business and employees on HR strategy and policy.
• Build relationships with leaders, managers and corporate HR to drive people strategies.
